N'Quatqua

Hello
My name is Sylvia Patrick. I am the Band Social Development Worker for N'Quatqua. I have worked in this position since February 2017 and manage the Income Assistance, Funeral Billing, Adult In-Home Care, and Assisted Living Programs through Indigenous Services Canada.
About My Work
My work is policy-driven and delivered in a way that looks out for the best interests, dignity, and wellbeing of the clients and families I support. I work hard to advocate for vulnerable community members and to ensure programs and services are delivered in a respectful, fair, and supportive manner.
I hold a Certificate in Business Administration through Capilano University, along with Income Assistance Band Social Development Worker training through Indigenous Services Canada. Prior to my current role, I worked with the First Nations Health Authority as a Customer Support Specialist, the Pacific Association of First Nations Women as a Home Care Service Provider, and the First Nations Employment Society as an Administrative Assistant.
Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the programs or services I facilitate.
