Milk Program
Who is the program for?
The program is for all EXPECTING Mothers, Nursing Mothers, & ALL First Nations CHILDREN 0-6 years living in N'Quatqua.
What is the program?
The program is designed to ensure a minimum supply of milk is available in the homes. Each eligiable home is entitled to Two 4 liter jugs (or eqiuvalent) every two weeks from a choice of Homogenized, 2%, 1% or soy milk.
How do I receive the milk order?
Milk is DELIVERED on WEDNESDAYS to the N'Quatqua Health Station every TWO WEEKS.
Due to limited refrigerator space PLEASE pick up your milk as soon as you possibly can from the N'Quatqua Health Station

Who is the PROGRAM for?
The program is for ALL EXPECTING Mothers & Nursing Mothers up to 6 months after the birth living in N'Quatqua.
What is the program?
* FRUITS & VEGETABLES
* MILK & MILK PRODUCTS
* MEAT & ALTERNATIVES
* BREADS & CEREALS
Any one else?
YES! This program is also for income assisted families for children 6 months of age to school age living in N'Quatqua.
The coupons are available ONCE a month per ELIGIBLE child from the N'Quatqua Heath Station.
Coupons are redeemable at the PEMBERTON VALLEY SUPERMARKET in Pemberton B.C.
Patient Travel( Medical Transportation Benefits)
To assist all First Nations Registered Status Indian living on-reserve in N'Quatqua.
In order to obtain assess to a medical specialist in Whistler, Squamish, and Vancouver area. All other destination must be Prior approved by First Nation Health Authority.

Appointment in Squamish earlier then 9:00 am are entitled to accommodation at Best Western Mountain Retreat or Executive Suites Hotel & Resort.
Appointment in Vancouver earlier then 10:00 am are entitled to accommodation at:

*Sandman on Davie Street ( NEW)
*Sandman on Georgia Street (NEW)
*Parks Inn and Suites on Broad way
*Easter Seals Place
*** Please note !! During summer months there are limited accommodation available, we will try and book you room closest to the appointment as possible.
Meal Rates
(the number of overnight stays equals the number of days of meal allowance to be paid)
Adults:
1 to 5 days meal rates are $31.00 per day
6 to 10 days meal rates are $25.00 per day
over 30 days meal rates are $18.00 per day
Youth:
Under 10 years old $15.00 per day
Prior Approval is required from First Nation Health Authority stays over 5 days .
